I am using the unregistered version, what limitation are there on the software

I am using the unregistered version, what limitation are there on the software

With the unregistered version, you are limited to one league, four teams with two players each.

 

How many leagues / teams / players can I create in the full version

The full version you can have as many leagues as you wish, with as many teams and players as required.

 

Is it Handicap or Scratch

Both scratch and handicap leagues can be created with the league manager. For more information click here

 

What about matchplay scoring or league scoring

Matchplay and regular league scoring are supported in the software.

 

We have just finished out current season, do I have to reinsert the teams and players again ?

From the Main menu, select League : Utilities : Refresh League, you will be asked if you want to delete the players current averages and handicaps, then click ok. All the league/Team and Player information will be eraised, A new schedule will have to be created for the new season.

 

How can I change the league handicap

From the Main menu, select League : Utilities : Modify Handicap Rules, for more information, click here

 

Can you combine junior and adult bowlers

Yes, both adults and juniors can bowl in the same league, in addition, junior male / female bowlers can have their own handicap rules

 

We want to have a a male and female handicap in the same league, is this possible

Yes, the ELS League Manager is designed for use with separate male/female handicapping rules, for more information about handicaps click here

 

I can't see our handicap formula in the list, can we add our own

The system comes prepared with various handicap formulas which can be edited or created from scratch, click here for more information

 

We only have an odd number of teams in our league, can the software handle this

If the league only has an odd number of team, a bye team will automatically added

 

What about non-active players

You can de-activate a player if they have left the team by changing their active status

 

Can we use a substitute player if another player fails to show up

Substitue players can be added to teams at any time

 

What about pre bowling

Games can only be played in advance of the match date, and can be enterd into the system prior to the match

 

I can't see our blind score rule, can we add our own

The system comes with the most common Blind score rules, but you can add your own or modify an existing one

 

What if the other team fails to show

There are options when the other team fails to show up without notice, you can either beat your own averages, beat their averages or recieve the points automatically

 

Can we have gender specific leagues

Leagues can be created for gender and age group specific

 

What about floating players

Floating player will belong to a floating team where they can play for which ever team they wish, much the same as substitutes

 

Can I add a player mid season

Players can be added mid season, when adding the new player their handicap will be calculated automatically, or you can use the first 3 games
