Even if you havent subscribed to one of our customer support profiles, you can still get help via the website,

we do monitor the forums as a matter of course, and try to resolve any issues that arise.

 

We are aware that there are many users, who have a variying degrees of computer expertese, with this

in mind we have created a three tier system of support, Gold, Silver and Bronze, each with their various levels of support.

 

These consist of Phone and Email Support, Supervised Remote login and Monitored Forums.

 

As with any level of support, we are ready to listen, and if required we will add any good suggestions to future 

releases of the software.
